Villagers are still yet dissapearing. On peaceful mode on 1.14.2, villagers are not attacked by mond, but seem to reach a peak villager limit then just despawn ~75% of them overnight. This keeps happening in a cycle, and it seems to happen when villagers sleep. When day night cycle is locked to day, villagers never despawn.
