If all sides of a coral block are surrounded by any non-air blocks (even if they are not water blocks), it will not die.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a coral block and cover it completely with any non-water blocks before it dies. To make it easier to observe the coral block, you can use glass blocks.
      2. Wait for a reasonable time.

      Observed Results:

      The coral block survives.

      Expected Results:

      The coral block dies.
