sometimes villages generate completely empty, no villagers, iron golum, or animals in the area. no cobwebs either so its not a zombie village. so far I've only seen it happen with plains biome villages in 2 different worlds.

mob spawning gamerule: was left on true. survival worlds had cheats disabled.

when creating a new world with the same seed the village generated normally (I was in creative though, not sure if that made a difference)
