I have purchased packs and skins on Nintendo Switch Bedrock's marketplace, and have made multiple skins in the character creator. Recently I purchased a new laptop and decided to download Minecraft Windows 10, but everything I have saved to my account on the Switch is not appearing on W10.

Going to the Marketplace and selecting "my packs" results in a blank screen on W10, but everything appears just fine on the Switch. Going to my character creator profile shows 3 skins as I had made on the Switch, but they all appear as default Alex or Steve rather than what I actually made.

I know for a fact that this is the same account I'm signed into on both platforms, as I played on a friend's realm and whatever I had done there transferred over when playing on the other platform.

This situation has been particularly frustrating as I've reached out to Mojang Support through email, Minecraft's Discord, and the Mojang Support Twitter account. But I have yet to receive any response. And I'm particularly worried that this issue I've reported will also go ignored or be labeled as a duplicate. then subsequently ignored.
