Wither rose in snow emits no particles and deals no damage

      The bug

      Putting snow in a wither rose causes it to lose its properties. It no longer damages anything or emits particles.

      How to reproduce

      1. Place a wither rose on some grass
      2. Step on it in survival mode
        →  You take damage
      3. Place snow on the flower
      4. Step on it again
        →  It does nothing
