i made one stone axe and on my invetory shows two axes.

      *What I expected to happen was....
      I made a stone axe and thought there is only so post to one
      What actually happened was...:
      I looked in my invertory and there was two??

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Make one stone axe
      2. Destroy some wood whith you axe
      3.then go in your invertory and there well be two
