I got this message 2 months ago and it still can't be resolved
I found that minecraft put an article that this would be fixed in the next week but this article is updated daily
So that week seems like it will never be

I'm thinking of going with my parents and affected people to report this to the authority is misleading advertising
Now I have to buy another code and I don't agree if this should be free because I bought the java edition.
I found many people with this problem in microsoft forums.
