      Description

I got the Item Frame (Block) or tile.frame.name with Addons. When I want to place it, it doesn't place. When I try to interact with blocks, except the item frame, or break with the item held in hand it doesn't succeed. And in creative mode also happens this but I forgot to do it on creative. Is probably that is not important but is a glitch that maybe will be better be fixed. People who likes to decore with such secret items will like to get it work properly also like me but I'll wait until is fixed.

      What I Expected To Happend:

The Item Frame Block would be placed correctly.

      What Actually Happened:

The Item Frame Block didn’t place anywhere and can’t interact with blocks, such as chest and fence gates.

      Steps To Reproduce:

      1. **Install this .mcpack [Here|http://download1648.mediafire.com/305wh8xq5n0g/ouw6fbfl2p4drlp/Item+Frame.mcpack.]
      2. Summon or spawn a chicken.
      3. Kill the chicken and will drop the Item Frame Block.
      4. Pick it up and try to place it.
