So I was just messing around with bells and I broke one from my near village and bought it to my artificial village to place it down, but this happened (refer to video MCB1.mp4).

I couldn't place it, break anything, hit anything, take it out of my inventory. Basically, it was stuck. I had to go to the files of Minecraft to find my inventory file and delete the bell from the file.
