PS4 LAN game should not require Playstation Plus

      When running a local bedrock LAN server windows 10 clients can connect fine, however, when a Playstation 4 bedrock edition client attempts to connect to the LAN game it jumps to a "Playstation Plus" paywall and does not allow connection.  This paywall should not be in play for non-internet play.
