If a symlink is used instead of a folder in the behaviour pack development folder (%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\development_behavior_packs) then the pack wont show up in the list.

This happens when using mklink /J and mklink /D to create a junction and a symbolic link
