Snow layer side texture grows in wrong direction when rotated horizontally

      The bug

      In bedrock edition, the side texture of snow layers can be randomly rotated. When the texture is unrotated, or is rotated 180 degrees, stacking additional layers reveals the texture in the correct direction.

      When the texture is rotated 90 degrees, stacking additional layers grows in the wrong direction, as though new snow were placed below the stack instead of on top.

      As you can see, the first two piles grow correctly (additional texture is added on top). The last pile grows incorrectly (additional texture is revealed on bottom).
