What I expected to happen was...:
I expected there to be a sound like something was going down some tracks.

What actually happened was...:
There was no minecart track travel sound.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put a mincart on a set of tracks.
2. Get in the minecart and start moving.
3. Listen.
