Kelp no longer grows

      I have a kelp farm that was working perfectly fine before the 1.14.0 update, however once I updated it my kelp no longer grows at all and bonemeal doesn’t work on it either. Please fix ASAP

      Update: these things are still broken with the 1.14.1 update
