      Report:
While fishing, if the bob of the fishing rod is able to gain enough momentum (via casting it up in the air and letting it fall into the water) the bob will create a persistent "splashing" noise as well as the related particle effects associated with the splashing if thrown at a slight angle.
Although you are still able to fish the bob itself never settles into the water correctly.

      Expected Result:
Fishing bob remains at the surface of the water after entering creating only one splash as it enters.

      Actual Result:
Fishing bob continuously splashes and never fully settles into a "resting" position.

      Reproduce: __
1: Equip fishing rod in hotbar.
2: Look up about 50-70 degrees from level with the ground.
3: Cast fishing rod while holding that angle.
