Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a trident with 1 durability (/give @s trident 1 250);
2. Put it inside of a dispenser;
3. Activate it.

Observed Results:
A trident is shot, and when collected, it has full durability.

Expected Results:
The dispenser either shoots nothing or just drops the item.
