Diamond sword appears as a diamond pick when in 3rd person

      When you go into third person holding a diamond sword it sometimes appears as a diamond Pickaxe, I have seen his happen multiple times now.

      I expected the image of a diamond sword to appear not Pickaxe.

      I don't understand how this is happening though which is weird.
