redstone clocks stop working after restarting world

      Whenever I reload a world that has redstone clocks in it, most of the clocks in the world need to be reset upon reloading because all of the redstone and repeaters are powered. This never used to happen before and it’s very annoying because now I have to manually go to every clock I have and partially break it so it actually functions again.
