ok I waited alittle bit of time to report this to make sure it was a bug , but when you have cocobeans growing on trees in your village cats get stuck on them as well as the iron golems I have even seen a pigman zombie get stuck on them, all so I have seen when clearing leaves off trees some blocks of leave disappear and sometime they pop back and sometimes they don`t I hope this helps you on your next patch
