Help!!! I am stuck in the middle of a huge ocean in my underwater building. Hostile forces all around! My only hope of survival is to smelt some stuff: cook food and a new weapon.

Oh no down to two oak planks! Then I recall the game loading message on how Dried Kelp can smelt 20 items in the furnace. I did that before outside beta so I know how it works. I soon harvested the kelp vine seen from one base window.

Two oak planks made three dried kelp. Great I though soon smoked fish and a new weapon to escape this hostile hellhole.

BUG: No furnace type will accept dried kelp as fuel. Click on the dried kelp, click on the fuel box, then nothing when the box does not accept dried kelp as fuel.

I am now hoping for my one carrot to grow to survive this nightmare! Please fix and don't make me eat raw fish!

More seriously this has been a known problem ever since moving to Beta where new versions have not fixed it.
