      back on 1.12:

      Xbox One S could connect to Windows 10 via LAN

      Windows 10 could connect to Xbox One S via LAN

      near 2019-11-12

      both were updated to 1.13

      Now:

      Windows 10 can connect to Xbox One S via LAN

      But Xbox One S Cannot connect to Windows 10 via LAN

      The friends tab shows (1) friend, but no games even show up on the list to connect to.
