Walk on water to turn water surface into frost ice
Break a frost ice surrounded by frost ice blocks

Expected result:
Breaking a frost ice into an air space

What happens:
Breaking a frost ice replaces water in the same space

Does waterlogged frost ice works as intended or not? Please confirm whether it's a bug or not.
