      When you are sneaking while walking while mining in Creative mode, the block takes a second to break instead of instantly breaking.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Be in Creative mode
      2. Mine blocks while sneaking and walking

      Observed Results:
      The blocks take a second to break.

      Expected Results:
      The blocks should break instantly.
