Took a bell out of chest and placed it during a raid. After raid was complete, recovered bell and could not remove it from it's hotbar slot and could not place it or drop it. Continued playing game. Noticed if another item attempted to be swapped on the inventory spot held by the bell, the item would disappear from cursor, and reappear only after attempting to place the bell, as if the item was never placed by the cursor... Appeared as if it was still being moved/placed in inventory?

Bulk made some paper at a crafting bench, and it saved into the bell spot on the hotbar (ghost bell was still there), and crafting consumed sugar cane, but paper never appeared. Took off all armor and killed player to remove bell from inventory... when bell item was picked back up, it kept same behavior as before. Killed player again and let bell despawn.

Now unable to craft anything - items are consumed like crafting is taking place, but no resulting new item is created or visible in Inventory. Game is now unplayable.
