me and my friend can't get into each other's world

      Me and my friend play mcpe version 1.1.5.1 we can't connect to the world or other live Xbox but we connect if we are using the same internet when we try to connect it appears "couldn't connect to the world" and couldn't send invitations either to another post when notification does not arrive and does not appear help us please? Thank you
