Unable to remove item from inventory

      I have 2 bells in my inventory.
      I am unable to click on them to move them to my hotbar or even drop them in general at all. I click them and it looks like it skips frames and the (2) turns to a (4) sometimes (6)

      Tried a full restart - logging in and out - 
      Nothing seems to be working.
