      Hello

      I have an issue with  minescraft for the nintendo switch.

      I recieve the following error "the software was closed because an error occured".

       

      I thought i was a game card issue and purchased another one. but still have the same error.??? I have spoken to nintendo support and done the following .. i have deleted the software, checked for corrupt files reinstalled the software / updates ...used 4 different users profiles and different worlds / creating new worlds etc.

      None of the above have worked and i still face the issue of error above  "the software was closed because an error occured". 

       

      I now have 2 copies of the game and none are working with both having the same error message. My son isnt happy as this was his favourite game..plus we have spent £40 in total on 2 games that dont work.
