The bug happens when using a Bluetooth gaming controller to navigate settings menu to apply packs. After applying a pack the menu UI navigates instantly to Settings > Accessibility.

Repro Steps (bluetooth gaming controller is required)
Settings > Global Resources > My Packs
Select pack to activate
Select the active button

The pack will active but the menu jumps the user to the Accessibility menu

Expected results
Once activating a pack, I expect to focus of the UI to stay in the Global Resources section of Settings in order to activate and deactivate other packs.
The expected results are how the touch UI behaves. The unexpected results only occur when using a bluetooth gaming controller.
