I don't know if its a single player issue or realm issue, but on a realm I play on Bedrock, villagers are not bonding to work blocks, which preventing me from making community trading hall. Can't add new villagers to my hall with work stations. They bond to beds just fine, but can't give  them work blocks or break existing work blocks n re-add it to change trades.
