I have an enderman farm in the end, its 300 blocks from anything,nothing is spawnable except the spawning platform, I have been using this farm for at least a year and a half with NO issues, but as of the (awful) 1.13 (and 1.13.2) the spawning rates have dropped significantly, from a 5-10 min diamond sword repair(using xp and mending) to over an hour and a half. not only that I get raids on the spawning platform (in the end), they shouldn't even be there.

Please fix this, im getting really annoyed by the fact that with every update the game becomes more broken. im still having issues since the release of 1.13 with Minecraft crashing me out of the game at random intervals, this really shouldn't be happening on the console that the games owners belong to, shoddy.
