anvils break way too fast after 1.13 update

      the durability of anvils is completely bugged I created a brand new anvil and only used it twice before it was already cracked. I was confused because usually they last for a long time so I reloaded my world and upon re entering the anvil wasn't even there anymore. please fix this because anvils are very expensive
