Minecraft 1.13.1 Xbox One - Giant Holes in World

Randomly in my world, giant holes the size of exactly one chunk appear. When you fall in one, you fall out of the world, like you would be able to do in creative. They also appear in water, and I fell in one while riding in a boat and died. Please fix this.
