Village bell is stuck in inventory

      I picked up a village bell and I am unable to move it to my hot bar to put it back down. Also con not move it from the slot it went to in inventory. Playing minecraft pocket edition. Also I died and the bell ended up in my hot bar but unable to place the bell.
