Summary: Cannot Enter Numbers

I can't type numbers in any interface (chat, command blocks, etc.).

What I expected to happen was: I was trying to type commands in chat and command block using numbers ... (What are commands without numbers?)
What really happened was: The numbers didn't appear on any interface.
