While playing on a Bedrock edition together, import skins will display both players as using the same skin. I've seen with other players that it can display as their own skin, while on my own end theirs displays as mine, but more commonly everybody sees theirs as one persons.

Attached are screenshots of both I and another player both using import skins in game. In one, both of us are being shown with my own skin. The other two provided are what our import skins are set to, to show that we do not in fact have the same skin equipped. The other player's screenshot was taken after changing skins, but it still shows that his import skin (at the time) was not the same as mine.

To reproduce this all you must do is be in the same server as another player and attempt to both use an import skin. I have not had this issue resolve itself ever.
