When waterlogging a block no sound will play

      When you water log a block no sound will play. 

      How to reproduce:

      1. Place a block that can be waterlogged like for example stairs.
      2. Waterlogg it with a water bucket 

      What I observed: When I waterlogged the block no sound played but when I took the water from that block a sound played

      What I expected: When I Waterlogg the block a sound will play.
