      I have been unable to sign in to (MCPE) for the last month. When I sign in through the Minecraft app (shared purchase) it directs me to a Microsoft login. After I enter my login details, it then goes to a green screen. After a moment of processing I get the attached message. Our Wi-Fi connection appears to be working fine as all other apps work online. I have also tried to sign in using two other family members accounts, including the purchasing account and I'm still getting the same message. I am however able to log into the Xbox app.
