Hi,

Since the lastest update, on the 29th Oct 2019, the game loads up the Mojang screen then comes the white screen then back to the home screen.

The issue has been mentioned numerous times here but it appears that no one from Mojang has seen it: https://www.product-reviews.net/down/minecraft-pe-app-problems/

Can someone from the support team please look into this issue and formulate a resolution as the app has not worked since the last update as mentioned above.
