I hit a villager and an iron golem came over and killed me however after respawning it continued to try and kill me

      I hit a villager and an iron golem came over and killed me however after respawning it continued to try and kill me I've let it kill me no change I've backed up the world still kills me killed it a new one spawns in the village and kills me
