      The video explains all basically but to simply describe it.

      When crouching and attempting to break blocks, the crouching causes the cursor to misalign and aim a little higher then where you are actually pointing. This can cause you to break a block you didn’t intend to. What’s happening is that the block breaking dosen’t follow the players height and just breaks blocks assuming you were standing normally.
