Xbox
For the past year since November 2018, every time I try to open Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Xbox One to play it, as soon as I get to where the menu screen usually is, I immediately get a pop up message that states, “Syncing user data, failed to sync user data.” I have let it load for hours but the message never goes away. I am able to click the “cancel” button, but this just simple gets rid of the message and I am left watching a blank screen with no menus. I have tried waiting for a full day once and nothing happened. I have attached 2 images. One of them shows the error message I have been getting every time, and the other one shows what happens if you click cancel. Nothing is wrong with my Xbox Live account, as I am able to play every other game with no problems such as this “syncing user data” error. I have a world that I care very much about and have spent years of my life working on (it was created in 2013) so I’d hate to lose it. I am just simply trying to load up Minecraft to access this particular world. The world is approximately 700 megabytes if I recall correctly, but like I said, it has been a year since I have been able to even play the game and it is very frustrating. I have tried everything you can possibly imagine, hard resets, clearing local saved data, signing in and out, going offline, waiting for it to load, all to no avail. This bug needs to get fixed ASAP, because I just want to play Minecraft to experience the new items added with the new updates. I also just want to have my world back that my buddies and I have worked so hard on since 2013.
