Flying too fast with elytra causes death

      if its raining and you elytra riptide combo and you run into unrendered chunks it kills you and says you died of kinetic energy.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enchant a trident with Riptide 3 and equip elytra.
      2. Switch to Survival mode and set the weather to rain.
      3. Start gliding in the air and repeatedly use the trident.

      Observed Results:
      The player experiences kinetic energy despite there being nothing to hit.

      Expected Results:
      The player should not experience kinetic energy unless they actually hit something.
