Minecraft BEDROCK. Xbox one. In my families Realm.

An item goes to hotbar when picked up, as usual. But then cannot be placed, cannit be exchanged, cannot be moved to inventory or to a chest/shulker, and cannot be dropped. 

At first it was just milk... the milk bucket would glitch and empty, but stay in hotbar. Then it started doing the above stated non-movement. That was the same day as the Fox update.

Today, not only does milk glitch, but now I cannot place the town bell I wanted to move. I removed it from its location to ID the leader, then could not place it back down. 

I tried leaving the region. I tried going through Nether... I even DIED to try resetting it in my inventory, when I picked it up, it was stuck again. I logged out, and back in. I closed MC totally, and restarted the console. The bell still wont be placed or moved. 

Related: occasionally when I switch something from hotbar to inventory it does not switch. I try again and it is fine... but sometimes it takes a couple tries. I assume it's related to the same problem as the milk and bell.
