Hello, recently while playing the Windows 10 version of minecraft (Bedrock) and after updating to 1.13, I started having wierd issues with non esxixting water blocks, you can´t see them but they make you walk slowly and if you walk past the affected zone or jump, you cant see particles of water and even hear the "splash", I'll add a little video and a screeshot of this weird issue 

Note: if you locate the block, you can just put any block over it to quit it, like any other visible water block
