      Mobs (e.g zombies) with elytras can have the cape texture on them. I don't know if this is intentional.

      How to Reproduce (Requires a cape)

      1. Have a cape on (Pancape/Founders Cape)
      2. Spawn husk
      3. Place dispenser and put the elytra inside
      4. Put a lever and press it.
