You can equip the Founder's Cape to a classic skin that already has a cape, such as one of the skins in the Minecon 2016 Skin Pack. When you do this, the character will have both capes, but only the one built into the skin is visible. You can tell that it has both capes by replacing the classic skin with one that doesn't have a cape; the Founder's Cape will become visible.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. In the Dressing Room, select a classic skin from a skin pack that already wears a cape. For instance, select the Steve Minecon 2016 Cape character from the Minecon 2016 Skin Pack.
      2. Switch to the Capes tab (on the "hamburger menu") and apply the Founder's Cape to the character.
Expected Results: The Founder's Cape is equipped
Actual Results: The equipped cape doesn't change
      3. Still editing the same character, select a skin without a cape from another pack such as the Minecon Earth 2017 Skin Pack.
Expected Results: The Founder's Cape remains equipped.
Actual Results: The Founder's Cape becomes visible, thus proving that it was equipped earlier but wasn't visible.
