What's Happening:
On touchscreen devices, to use a fireworks rocket with an elytra, you need to press and hold your finger on the screen. Trying to do so will break blocks at the same time. This is especially frustrating in creative mode, as the breaking speed is fast regardless of the block.

Furthermore, this bug can cause lots of damage to the builds/landscape surrounding the player.

What I expected:
I expected to not break blocks while holding a fireworks rocket and gliding.

How to reproduce:

• On a touch capable device, wear an elytra and grab some fireworks rockets.
• Get in the air and glide
• Near a wall, tap and hold to boost yourself once again.
• The block in front of the player should be destroyed
