I was trying to rearrange my chests and move items. I tried moving a single acacia leave block to another chest. Once I moved the block from the chest to my inventory, I couldn't remove it from my hotbar. 

What I expected was...:

When I picked up a single acacia leaves block from a chest, I should have been able to move it to another chest or remove it from my inventory in general. 

What actually happened was...:

Because I used "Quick Move" the block moved to an open slot in my hotbar. Now I can't remove it from there. 
I tried: 

• "(Y) Quick Move"  to a chest and to a furnace
  -Using the Inventory Cursor ["(A) Take"  and  "(Y) Take Half")
  -Placing another stack on to the slot 
  -"(↓) Drop"
  -Placing the Block somewhere 
  nothing worked.

 
Steps to reproduce:

1. I had a 5 stacks of leave blocks in a chest (before the update):
-2x 64-Stacks of Spruce Leaves
-1x 34-Stack of Spruce Leaves
-1x a single block of Spruce Leaves (Which somehow didn't want to merge with the 34-Stack)  -1x a single Block of Acacia Leaves. 

2.  I opened the Minecraft App on my Switch after an Update which added the fox.

3. I moved all Stacks to my inventory via "(Y) Quick Move".The Acacia Block happend to land on a hotbar slot. (The second one to the right). 

4. I moved the Spruce Leave stacks to other chests.

5. now I can't remove it. 

Information which I don't know the relevancy of.
-when placing another stack on top of the acacia leaves block they won't swap.
If you try to place the other stack somewhere in the inventory directly after that, it won't work. When you try to place it a second time immediatly after that the stack will disappear. If you close the inventory and reopen it, and then press "(A) Place" over an empty inventory Slot, the stack will reappear. 
-I don't remember with what tools I attained this certain block of acacia leaves. But I think it was either "Shears" or some Silk touch Tool. I'm pretty sure I planted the acacia trees myself from which the block originated. 
-The chest I opened was arranged in a certain way with other chests. I don't know if that is relevant to this bug. 
-While having the acacia leaves block selected in your hotbar (so that the player model holds it in it's right hand) you can not use chests or furnaces. You can open doors, but th door sound won't play.
