Bad load of chunks

I found a new bug in Minecraft bedrock, It's about the explosions and the load of chunks, when I updated mi Minecraft on my cellphone, the game was going correctly, I have a wold of tests and I ignite a Creeper, when he explodes i left the game, and then I went back in, the hole had partially filled, in a 80 or 85% I thought it was a creepers problem, but I thought, if is a explosion problem? Or, chunk problem?

In the images, I explode, approximately 2250 blocks of TNT, and then, I left the game, and I went back in, some chunks load Integers and others have TNT without exploding
