Description
Observers don't detect changes to noteblocks that they are facing.
This is not the same behavior as the Java edition where Observers can detect a change to a note block.
This should be added to Bedrock for feature parity with Java edition and provide the improved mechanics for having players interact with note blocks to trigger contraptions (doors, flying machines, etc...).
